Where We've Come From

Dan Klassen began the company in the mid 70's as Dan's Design and Drafting Ltd. providing drafting services which soon evolved into custom fine home construction. In the early 90's the company expanded into multifamily residential developement.

Dan's reputattion for integrity, honesty and quality has been well earned. Dan's children worked alongside him during summers and soon after school Kelly returned to work with Dan full time in the mid 90's. Dan has virtually retired now, leaving Kelly to operate the company based on the same core values that the company was built on.
